"I could see people who work in the offices in the area coming over to get a cup of coffee and maybe a little snack or maybe even lunch," Brice said. "They can get a three-item combo and spending somewhere in the neighborhood of $5 or $5.50, plus tax, and have a really good, filling lunch or breakfast."</p>
