Milk Creek Battlefield Park

<p>The Battle of Milk Creek was the last and longest of the Indian Wars. It occurred on the northern boundary of the Ute Reservation over a week's time.  Monuments to the Utes and U.S. Troops are located at the site 17 miles north of Meeker.</p>
