Great hotel, lots of charm, excellent details

We’ve stayed here several times before and loved it. Ownership changed hands in 2021 and we’re so disappointed. It’s very impersonal now. There’s no welcome info in the room. You don’t check in...

Won’t be staying here again, it’s changed; Can no longer recommend!

Pros: nice, comfortable room. Even on the first floor, at the front of the hotel, it was quiet at night. Beautiful garden and convenient downtown location.
