The room was clean, but they put the towels over the toilet and the toilet did not have a lid on it so  when you flush the toilet the spray could go up get up on the towels, when you pull the tile...

Colorado Springs vacation.

There was no elevator so we had to drag our bags up to the 2nd floor. The girls behind the counter were great and offered to help but that should NOT be their job! We had to ask for extra towels...
