We enjoyed our stay with Best Western. The front desk was professional, kind and seemed to really like their job! Its so refreshing to meet representatives that seem happy! They even let us check in...

Budget Friendly Hotel with Great Service

The beds were uncomfortable ,there was a  cm rag for one of our rags,the bathtub was dirty,the shower head was broken,AC doesn’t work,ass body soap,phone and outlets don’t work,toilet gets clogged...

DIRTY

The hotel was in sad disrepair, the elevator didn't work, there was no tv service, the hot water was lukewarm, the vending machine was completely empty. 
The staff was great, I felt sorry for them...

BW needs to take care of repairs to facilities
