See now why this "resort" rates so low. Stayed there for 2 months during their slow season (Oct - Nov) and you would have thought there was a backlog and wait list of 50 RV'ers. Maybe 20% full...

Underwhelming

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like horrible, hillbilly rock.  The bar across the street was so loud in our trailer, all windows shut, TV volume at 83 we could still hear it clearly! Drove from Houston...

Hillbilly Biker bar NOT mountain peace & quiet!  OUTRAGEOUS!

Wow, very disappointing this year.  Absent owner just pocketing the cash evidently, not reinvesting a dime into this place.  Operations are run completely by work campers, who are nice and courteous...

5th year staying here, and it just keeps getting worse.  They need to step up and make this place nice again.
