stayed with another family in a 3br residence; location/amenities were top notch for a ski trip.  Only minor issues - room smelled stale upon arrival and AC unit in master bedroom didnt seem to...

great location

As Peak 10 and 9 close, staying in Peak 7 is extremely convenient. Lodge had plenty of amenities but I do say the pool gets really busy and loud with the kids. Thank goodness it closes at 10pm.

Great location for end of season

Great place to stay with great amenities and beautiful views of Breckenridge.  Easy access to lifts and the Town of Breckenridge.
